About the Role

You will focus on continually identifying opportunities to digitise, improve, and manage the customer journey, delivering increased value and an effortless customer experience. This position places you at the heart of transforming our customers' banking experiences, both now and in the future.

What You'll Do

As our Recoveries Supplier Journey Developer, you will:

1. Lead and manage all Unsecured Recoveries suppliers, including debt collection agencies, IVAs, Debt Purchasers, and other specialists.
2. Deliver a prioritised journey backlog to enhance the end-to-end customer experience, including identifying opportunities and providing expertise.
3. Work in sprints within a self-organising team, ensuring the customer remains central to all activities while maintaining a commercial focus.
4. Build understanding of customer needs and gather early feedback to deliver value.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Deliver, consolidate, and automate activities that keep the customer journey seamless.
2. Monitor competitor activity and respond to market changes.
3. Manage supplier governance, assurance, risks, and incidents, seeking opportunities to enhance resilience and outcomes.
4. Make empowered decisions to execute the digital journey backlog.
5. Lead and coach a team of supplier managers.
6. Monitor and improve supplier performance using MI and effective management techniques.

The Skills You'll Need

We seek someone who puts the customer at the heart of their work, delivering great value. You should have expertise in product proposition, process design, change delivery, and customer experience. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is also important.
