Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Team Member at our Milton Keynes hotel. Working on a part-time, permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.30 per hour.

As our Team Member, your goal is to help ensure our customers have a great experience when staying with us.

Full flexibility is required for morning, evening, and night shifts, weekdays and weekends.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Support with day-to-day operations
2. Be the first point of contact for the guest experience
3. Deal with guest queries and complaints
4. Inspect rooms and communicate any issues to maintenance or housekeeping
5. Ensure positive guest experiences, aiming for 5-star reviews
6. Ensure smooth processes through Apaleo (hotel booking system)
