Senior Building Physics Engineer / Sustainability Consultant

Location: Birmingham central office

Salary: Up to around £50,000, 9-day fortnight & flexible working

About the company

This building services design consultancy has over 10 offices nationwide. The Birmingham office, with approximately 60 staff, is expanding its Sustainability team. The team works on a variety of complex, large-scale, and innovative projects, including university buildings, healthcare, and commercial schemes.

Current projects include the University of Oxford's largest building, satellite testing facilities, innovation centers, and science parks. The company offers a broad range of services, including building physics, decarbonisation, LCA, and BREEAM, utilizing advanced software like IES.

Candidate requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in building services
  • Relevant degree qualification
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Relux, Amtech, and ideally Revit
  • Strong desire to excel in your field
