Salaried GPs specializing in care for people with substance misuse and in prison and detained settings
Spectrum CIC is looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and values-driven individuals to join our team of experienced GPs. We offer flexible working options, including part-time or full-time roles, face-to-face or virtual work from home or remotely.
All our posts include NHS employment benefits such as NHS pension and time-served enhancements. We also welcome retired professionals considering a new challenge.
Our doctors are committed to improving health outcomes, addressing health inequalities, and working with some of the most marginalized patients in the country.
Please note: The welcome payment is payable to new candidates joining Spectrum Community Health CIC.
Opportunity for a relocation package of up to £8,000.
We are flexible to match your availability with our service needs, offering part-time and flexible working options.
GPs play a key clinical leadership role in prison primary healthcare teams. Experience in a jail setting is desirable but not essential; full induction and training will be provided, along with 24/7 access to clinical supervision.
Attributes valued include compassion, empathy, fairness, multidisciplinary working, and a desire to deliver high-quality, innovative care.
Line management is provided by a Regional Lead GP, with access to CPD, professional development, coaching, and Spectrum's ILM-accredited leadership and management programmes.
If you have a special interest in substance misuse, we will support your development to attain national accreditation for extended roles. Alternatively, opportunities exist in research or medical education through our departments.
BE THE DIFFERENCE IN HEALTHCARE
Join our diverse and innovative team. Whether starting your healthcare journey or seeking a new challenge, we have a role for you!
