Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic tech company as a Microsoft 365 Administrator. In this role, you will support staff in maximizing IT resources, managing devices, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. You will also play a key role in leveraging Power Automate to streamline business processes and drive automation initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage user accounts, licenses, and groups.
  2. Act as a bridge between internal teams, external vendors, and customers.
  3. Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to improve business processes.
  4. Ensure stability and reliability of IT systems in high-paced environments.
  5. Identify and implement optimal solutions for IT issues.
  6. Stay updated with evolving technologies and recommend improvements.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
  8. Modernise and enhance existing IT systems using best practices.

Key Requirements & Skills:

  1. 2+ years of experience managing Windows AD or Azure AD/Entra ID environments.
  2. Experience with Power Automate workflows.
  3. Proficiency in PowerShell and TypeScript.
  4. Adaptability to evolving business needs in a global environment.
  5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  6. Effective team player with a willingness to learn and ask questions.
  7. Ability to advocate for automation and improved software solutions.
  8. Experience with Intune or other device management tools (preferred).
