We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial planning, reporting, and analysis, supporting high-quality decision-making within the Business Line Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial planning, reporting, and analysis for Cathelco & HEM Business Line.
• Check and challenge reporting across all Business Line entities, including order intake, sales flash, gross margin, overhead costs, and other financial statement items.
• Maintain and develop management reporting.
• Oversee weekly reporting of sales and order intake, enabling the management team to challenge Sales teams effectively.
• Ensure correct forecast and budget inputs into Tagetik, aligning with entities and business finance planning.
• Provide business partnering support to the Business Line Leadership Team, delivering ad hoc analysis as required.
• Develop a clear understanding of gross margins, intercompany operating models, and key profit and turnover drivers.
• Deliver suitable reporting to support business growth strategy.
• Occasionally travel to other entities within the Group.
• Demonstrate knowledge of consolidation processes and tools.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• CIMA qualified (or consideration given to ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, systematic, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and business partnering skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
