Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of EHS compliance and regulation experience within the industrial sector.

  • CMIOSH certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data room document reviews and confirmatory site visits.
  • Identify and assess environmental risks and develop ESG strategies.
  • Prepare environmental due diligence reports and participate in client calls.

Job Description:

I am looking to speak with a Bristol-based Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant with extensive EHS compliance and regulation experience who is now looking to join a global team to help broker major corporate M&A deals within the industrial sector.

As a Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work out of Bristol but operate on a global scale within an international team. If you have industrial EHS compliance/regulation experience and are interested in learning how to incorporate this into due diligence reports, this experience will also be considered.

You will be engaged as a Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant, involved in the development and delivery of environmental due diligence and ESG on strategic advisory projects worldwide, within an award-winning transactional team.

Responsibilities include both office-based and client-facing tasks such as data room document reviews, confirmatory site visits and reporting, identifying and assessing environmental risks, ESG strategy development, preparing environmental due diligence reports, and participating in client/deal team calls.

Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant requirements:

  1. Degree qualification, ideally MSc, in a relevant field
  2. 5-10 years of EHS compliance and regulation experience within the industrial sector
  3. Experience in ESG
  4. Ideally, experience in corporate M&A, but EHS compliance/regulation experience is also valuable
  5. NEBOSH Diploma
  6. CMIOSH
