Job description

I am looking for a brilliant senior creative to work with a global entertainment platform. You will have FMCG product development experience, ideally in licensing, along with experience in working in brand partnerships.

Start Date: ASAP (can wait a couple of weeks for the right candidate)

Contract Details: 12-MONTH contract based on a daily rate of £390. You will need to go via an Umbrella Company as the role is inside IR35.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days in the London office, 2 days WFH.

Job Description:
  1. You will be an integral part of the EMEA design team covering all food and beverage product development aspects of the CP business across all local markets.
  2. Collaborate with the brand partnerships team on cross-functional F&B initiatives.
  3. Manage freelancers and outside agencies in developing creative tools such as mood boards, product mock-ups, and other materials to drive the creative direction from infant to adult products.
  4. Partner with licensees to drive innovation and provide feedback from concept to final product approval, ensuring brand vision, design quality, and product integrity.
  5. Manage and maintain product approvals efficiently through the internal system.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams like Licensing, MSD, and Retail Marketing to support the overall brand vision.
  7. Align with key stakeholders across content makers, brand partnerships, BLA, creative marketing, and regional marketing teams to maximize strategy impact.
Requirements:
  1. 8+ years of experience directing creative vision for food and beverage product development, with vertical, entertainment/licensed brands, or retail experience.
  2. Strong innovative mindset, self-motivated, and able to lead independently.
  3. Up-to-date knowledge of F&B trends and NPD, with the ability to apply insights to brand vision and product development.
  4. Understanding of the European retail landscape and competitive brands.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital, with the ability to work effectively with contractors and agencies.
  6. Strong project and time management skills.
  7. Multilingual skills are advantageous.
  8. Regional experience in EMEA.
  9. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  10. Background in Graphic Design & Creative fields.
