Primary Purpose: As Strategic Collaboration Manager of the Catapult Network Office, this role will support the Catapult Network Office’s mission to enhance strategic collaboration and learning across the Innovate UK Catapult Network. This role will develop a culture of strategic collaboration and innovation, ensuring that Catapults can effectively leverage each other’s strengths to facilitate greater impact in driving innovation. You will lead in building frameworks for efficient knowledge sharing and strategic alignment on impactful initiatives that provide significant value to the Innovate UK Catapult Network.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in the innovation, research and development sector(s)
  • Proven experience of working in complex environments, with a broad range of stakeholders, professional experts and industries.
  • Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills to manage qualitative data and identify key innovation themes
  • Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally with the purpose of driving participation/collaboration across multiple organisations and influencing an engaged stakeholder community at the highest levels in a complex environment.
  • Proven ability to organise and manage large-scale events and roundtable meetings.
  • Proven administrative skills (to provide secretariat support, develop agendas, align activities with strategic priorities)
  • Strong report development abilities coupled with the ability to analyse effectiveness
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships that foster collaboration for the greater good.

This is a permanent fulltime home-based role and the salary is up to £55,000 for exceptional candidates.
