Job Description:

Do you have experience working within Education Support/Admin roles? Are you passionate about sharing your knowledge to support other support staff in an education setting? Primary Goal offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Digital Coach/Trainer who is enthusiastic about supporting apprentices through our Digital Champions School Support programme.

Supporting School Support Staff throughout their apprenticeships, you will help them achieve their goals as part of digital transformation initiatives within their workplaces. We are looking for a proactive team member eager to bring new ideas to our growing organization. If you have a passion for digital transformation in schools, we want to hear from you.

Essential skills & knowledge:

1. Experience in a school support/admin role within an educational setting
2. Teaching, coaching, or training experience
3. A passion for education
4. Experience with technologies that improve workload efficiency and performance
5. Practical knowledge of digital transformation in schools or businesses
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of meeting targets and deadlines
7. Experience providing information, advice, and guidance
8. Attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance
9. Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities with learners, employers, and colleagues

Desirable skills & knowledge:

1. Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualifications
2. Understanding of Education MIS systems
3. Technical qualifications
4. Knowledge of apprenticeship standards
5. Experience with digital applications in schools, such as AI tools, automation, productivity software, and support applications
