The Marketing and Studio Coordinator is a key part of the university’s in-house Marketing and Communications Team, supporting both the creative studio and marketing and comms functions to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality campaigns and communications. This role helps manage studio workflows, coordinate email marketing activities, assist with targeted communications and cover administrative responsibilities — contributing to the team’s efforts to engage and convert prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Studio coordination: Organise and schedule design team workloads, ensuring projects are balanced and delivered on time.
- Print and production management: Source and compare print quotes, liaise with printers, and oversee production to ensure materials are delivered to a high standard, on schedule, and within budget.
- Managing work requests: Monitor and respond to incoming requests into the department from across the university, ensuring tasks are logged, clarified, and assigned appropriately to designers or marketing colleagues.
- CRM support: assist in creating customer journeys in CRM.
- Campaign and content support: Co-ordinating the content production or the co-ordination of final content to use in email campaigns helping to engage and convert student audiences from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
- Data management: Support audience segmentation and CRM data upkeep, ensuring records are accurate and organised for effective marketing.
- Project tracking and reporting: Help monitor project progress, flagging any delays and supporting the team with performance reporting.
- Central communication hub: Act as a key point of contact between the studio, wider university departments, and external suppliers to ensure smooth, clear communication.
- Administrative support: Manage day-to-day admin tasks to keep both the studio and marketing teams running smoothly and efficiently.
- Budget Support: Support the team with raising purchase orders, matching invoices and recording spend.
- Procurement: Assist with the procurement process by sourcing goods and services, obtaining quotes, and ensuring purchases meet quality, budget, and company guidelines.
