This role helps manage studio workflows, coordinate email marketing activities, assist with targeted communications and cover administrative responsibilities — contributing to the team’s efforts to engage and convert prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Studio coordination: Organise and schedule design team workloads, ensuring projects are balanced and delivered on time.
  • Print and production management: Source and compare print quotes, liaise with printers, and oversee production to ensure materials are delivered to a high standard, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Managing work requests: Monitor and respond to incoming requests into the department from across the university, ensuring tasks are logged, clarified, and assigned appropriately to designers or marketing colleagues.
  • CRM support: assist in creating customer journeys in CRM.
  • Campaign and content support: Co-ordinating the content production or the co-ordination of final content to use in email campaigns helping to engage and convert student audiences from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
  • Data management: Support audience segmentation and CRM data upkeep, ensuring records are accurate and organised for effective marketing.
  • Project tracking and reporting: Help monitor project progress, flagging any delays and supporting the team with performance reporting.
  • Central communication hub: Act as a key point of contact between the studio, wider university departments, and external suppliers to ensure smooth, clear communication.
  • Administrative support: Manage day-to-day admin tasks to keep both the studio and marketing teams running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Budget Support: Support the team with raising purchase orders, matching invoices and recording spend.
  • Procurement: Assist with the procurement process by sourcing goods and services, obtaining quotes, and ensuring purchases meet quality, budget, and company guidelines.

Key Skills And Attributes

  • Strong organisational skills — able to balance multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Excellent communication skills — confident collaborating with designers, marketing colleagues, university staff, and external suppliers.
  • Attention to detail — ensures briefs, schedules, quotes, and data are accurate and well-managed.
  • Proactive problem solver — anticipates challenges and takes initiative to resolve them.
  • Resilience – to enable them to work across multiple projects with different stakeholders.
  • Time Management – ability to manage their own time effectively.
  • Team player — supports both creative and marketing teams to achieve shared goals.
