What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of software engineers in developing new products or features, maintaining existing codebases, and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with departments such as product management, marketing, and customer service to ensure successful product launches.
• Develop strategies to improve engineering efficiency through automation and new processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
• Mentor junior engineers on coding standards, debugging, and best practices, providing regular feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in technical management of software engineering teams, practicing DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in enterprise environments using languages like Python, Java, and database querying.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating across teams and reporting to senior leadership.
• Expertise in engineering practices across the software/hardware/network development lifecycle.
• Experience with Dual Band routers, Video Platforms, or Streaming Devices is essential.

• Experience designing and architecting distributed, reliable, and scalable systems.

• Ability to deliver products in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, and often ambiguous environments.
• Motivated to learn quickly, think creatively, and execute strategically.
