WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As a Customer Service Host you will be the face of our business, greeting and entertaining our customers in a way that makes them feel welcomed and cared for. Your passion for people will be applied to the role to create a memorable and entertaining experience. You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere exceeding our guest's expectations.
Welcome new and regular customers warmly into the business
Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love
Deliver an exceptional quality experience across Reception, Electronic Gaming and Food & Beverage
Promote and be an active part of all promotions across the Casino
Ensure you proactively comply with all regulations, particularly for alcohol licensing conditions, food safety, safer gambling, anti-money laundering and the Gambling Act 2005
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
Due to the nature of the business all applicants must be 18+

Qualifications
A Positive attitude and mind-set
Previous experience preferred working in a multifaceted role

Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays
