We are seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) Consultant, preferably with knowledge of renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Knowledge of array cable installation, cable load out, cable laying, cable pulling, and cable protection systems.
• Set up and implement HAZID/HAZOP for installation design and offshore installation operations.
• Analyse, recommend, and optimise offshore installation, logistics concepts, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Package and Contract managers for tendering, negotiating, and recommending installation contracts including MWS.
• Manage offshore installation contractors and MWS, ensuring cross-disciplinary cooperation.
• Review and approve contractor method statements and risk assessments.
• Provide progress reports to Project Manager, including technical risks and contingency plans.
• Supervise trailing, tool development, vessel setup, and installation campaign initiation offshore.
• Manage Client’s Representatives and QA Daily Progress Reports.
• Create, monitor, and control execution of Design Quality and QAS, aligning with supplier quality.
• Manage product NCRs and review supplier method statements and documentation during the execution phase.
