As a Sales Associate you will:

  1. Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience by building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and catering to customer needs.
  2. Conduct sales, refunds, and exchanges, helping the customer find another suitable item/product if necessary or alternatively, offer our online services.
  3. From selling and replenishing stock, organizing rails, to hosting, you will maintain the highest retail standards.
  4. Be open to customer feedback and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards in your area.
  5. Manage and oversee stock in your department, from unpacking deliveries (new and replenished lines) to completing audits and maintaining the stock room.
  6. Adapt to varying daily challenges. This flexible role may require working in different departments, taking your service excellence and collaborative spirit with you.
  7. Use your curiosity to stay ahead of current trends by expanding your product and competitor knowledge.
  8. Follow health, safety, and security procedures, actively preventing stock loss.
  9. Support the competency and strength-based interview process, with assistance available at every stage.

A bit about you:

  1. Great communicator: able to positively engage with all types of customers (domestic and international) with varying needs.
  2. Well-informed: develop excellent product knowledge by following trends, being aware of competitors, and participating in supplier training.
  3. Sales and service expert: use these skills to deliver extraordinary service and proactively offer additional services.
  4. Replenish stock, maintain standards, and inspire others to do the same.
  5. Problem-solving skills: resolve customer issues effectively and adapt approaches to individual needs.
  6. Flexible and adaptable to business needs, willing to take ownership of tasks beyond role expectations.
  7. Reliable and respected colleague, embodying our values.

This role requires flexibility, and responsibilities may change according to business needs.
