Job Summary: CCS is looking to appoint a Delivery Manager to manage one or more agile projects, delivering specific products, technical solutions, or transformations through a multidisciplinary, highly skilled team. This role involves high-profile work with significant engagement at the board level.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver digital projects and products using agile methodologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across teams, ensuring projects are monitored and delivered against milestones.
  • Understand policy and operational issues affecting digital project delivery and share knowledge across the Portfolio Office.
  • Manage risks and issues, proposing mitigating actions and escalating as necessary.
  • Report on digital delivery progress to the Senior Delivery Manager.
  • Manage dependencies across technical products and collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Resolve technical and digital problems, issues, and risks.
  • Work with the Business Relationship team to understand customer requirements and ensure delivery meets outcomes.
  • Prepare briefing materials and plans for delivery planning and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Criteria
  • Proven experience in delivering small digital projects or work streams in the public or private sector.
  • Experience in small team leadership and project/delivery management in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
  • Knowledge of agile delivery techniques (SCRUM) and ITIL4 processes.
