We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at the welcoming Greggs bakery! Our bakery Team Leaders are responsible for managing the bakery in the absence of the Manager; they are essentially the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

You will be second in command, playing a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, and increasing profitability, all while ensuring our customers leave satisfied. Your focus will be on leading and engaging the team, as well as participating in food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
