Employment and Civil Litigation Lawyer

JFH Law is a dynamic law firm, offering specialist legal services to the health care profession.

We are seeking to recruit a solicitor to join our team; PQE 2yr +. The work you will undertake will include employment law work, drafting contracts and dispute resolution work. There are also opportunities to undertake some regulatory and professional disciplinary work. Previous experience in healthcare is not essential, but the candidate must be quick to adapt and willing to learn. The successful candidate will work with partners on complex cases and independently on an interesting and diverse range of work.

The candidate will join our team working from our new offices in Camley Street, Kings Cross. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a flexible and diverse team and to actively participate in business development projects. Requirements:

1. Experience in employment law
2. Experience in civil litigation
3. Ability to draft and advise on contracts and other business documents
4. Ability to work independently to a very high standard
5. Flexibility and willingness to work outside of comfort zone
6. Excellent customer service and communication skills
7. Willingness to engage in professional networking and provide training to clients with a view to developing their client base
