Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer looking to push your skills to the next level?

This business is looking for a talented individual to join our high-performance team, ensuring our state-of-the-art production facility runs seamlessly. Your Role:


In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for keeping our operations running efficiently by carrying out reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of high-speed production machinery. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults on production equipment.
  2. Conducting PPM schedules to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  3. Troubleshooting and maintaining PLC-controlled systems, pumps, valves, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  4. Working proactively to improve processes and reliability across the site.
  5. CMMS understanding.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  1. A time-served apprenticeship in mechanical/electrical engineering.
  2. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred).
  3. Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  4. The ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues.
  5. Familiarity with automated production systems and modern maintenance techniques.
