We are currently working in partnership with a well-established law firm seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in commercial property to take on a varied and rewarding role with a reputable law practice. This role offers real breadth, dealing with a wide variety of commercial property transactions.

The role of Commercial Property Solicitor:

1. Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
2. Drafting, renewing, and negotiating leases for both landlords and tenants
3. Lease extensions
4. Right to Buy and Right to Acquire transactions
5. Exposure to agricultural land and property development matters

We are seeking Commercial Property Solicitors who can demonstrate:

• Post-qualification experience in commercial property law
• A proven track record of managing own caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong drafting skills and technical knowledge
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively and work under pressure
