What you will do:

  • In-bound/outbound calls
  • Booking in-bound calls, emails to customers
  • Selling products and services to existing customers
  • Handle calls from overflow
  • Scheduling maintenance calls to customers, making 100+ calls a day.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of customer service
  • 2+ years of call center experience, preferred
  • 2+ years of office experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Conscientious, team player
  • Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude
  • Flexible availability, reliable transportation
  • Computer/software knowledge a plus

Location: Sparta, NJ

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Call customers from prior day for quality check
  • Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
  • Call on customer list to offer promotions
  • Follow up on reviews positive and negative
  • General inbound customer service

What you bring:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Conscientious, team player
  • Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude
  • Clear background check and drug screen
