What you will do:

In-bound/outbound calls
Booking in-bound calls, emails to customers
Selling products and services to existing customers
Handle calls from overflow
Scheduling maintenance calls to customers, making 100+ calls a day.

What you bring:

2+ years of customer service
2+ years of call center experience, preferred
2+ years of office experience
Strong attention to detail
Conscientious, team player
Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude
Flexible availability, reliable transportation
Computer/software knowledge a plus

Location: Sparta, NJ

Responsibilities

What you will do:

Call customers from prior day for quality check
Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
Call on customer list to offer promotions
Follow up on reviews positive and negative
General inbound customer service

What you bring:

Previous customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Conscientious, team player
Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude
Clear background check and drug screen
