You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you'll be doing:

  • Guide and manage the recruitment process, engaging the HM, People Team, People Services (PS) and candidates at the appropriate time to create timely decision making.
  • Utilise the candidate sourcing channels available, e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Hackajob, Horsefly Analytics.
  • Escalate values or behaviours not in line with AXA’s values and ethics, i.e. D&I, redeployment, internal candidates etc.
  • Work with your HM(s) and the People Team to ensure the role is accurate on our ATS and reflects the role(s) to be filled.
  • Using your internal and external knowledge of the market, agree the strategy to attract a diverse pool of quality candidates. Supported by the Hiring Manager Briefing Document, this will include discussion regarding attraction channels, process (including assessment) and HM accountabilities.
  • Prepare and obtain approval for the advertisement prior to publishing.
  • Liaise with other stakeholders as agreed in the strategy, e.g. agencies or Hackajob.
  • Maintain a pipeline of silver medallists and other suitable candidates for other vacancies.

What you’ll bring:

  • Talent acquisition experience gained either in-house or within a recruitment consultancy.
  • Experience recruiting within Insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable engaging with a variety of audiences and seniority.
  • Good relationship building ability, prioritising and dealing with the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated Completer/Finisher maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Protect the integrity of the TA function, candidates and all stakeholders by operating to both external and internal policies.
  • Commercial approach to workload coupled with ability to provide a relevant, solution-oriented and creative service.
  • Create and deliver solutions or projects enhancing AXA’s brand appeal to both internal and external candidates.
  • Keen to develop experience in a TA environment.
