As a Complex Manager, you’ll wear many hats: you’ll be a mentor, a planner, and an operator. You will be responsible for effectively managing our retail and complex units on park, coaching the team, and making strategic decisions.

What you will be doing...

• Achieving budgets and margins for food and beverage operations, controlling stock, costs, and overheads
• Conducting stock takes, reporting results, and taking appropriate actions
• Recruiting, inspiring, developing, and motivating team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Managing safety across the park using our safety culture app
• Contributing to daily park management and acting as duty manager in the absence of the General Manager
• Holding regular 1:1s with direct reports and weekly team meetings
