Job Opportunity: Administrator in Belfast

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client, based in Belfast, as a full-time Administrator. This is a long-term temporary role.

Our client is Northern Ireland’s leading public sector employer.

Administrator Pay Rate:

£12.97 per hour

Start Date:

29th May

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 37-hour shift pattern – rota between 8am-8pm
Job Responsibilities:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Using the telephone effectively as the primary means of customer contact through inbound and outbound calls
  • Supporting a diverse customer base by delivering quality service, communicating clearly, providing accurate information, and resolving queries or processing changes in personal circumstances, often in sensitive situations
  • Taking personal accountability for each customer/stakeholder interaction
  • Considering each case holistically to make appropriate decisions at the right time
  • Providing clear and explainable reasons for decisions
  • Maintaining politeness and professionalism, treating customers with respect
  • Adapting behavior to meet diverse customer needs
  • Maintaining clerical and electronic records
  • Listening empathetically, remaining honest, compassionate, and professional, even in challenging environments
  • Protecting departmental and customer personal information in accordance with security policies
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate completion of digital account actions
  • Working independently and collaboratively within a team, contributing to team goals
  • Taking responsibility for personal development and supporting others' growth
  • Using various computer systems, telephony, and digital platforms
Sickness and Absence Policy:

Full attendance during training is essential; non-compliance may result in early termination of your assignment. Emergency leave will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
