Overview:

Duetto, the industry-leading hospitality revenue management system, helps hotels, resorts, and casinos optimize revenue and increase profits. Our SaaS platform, expanding suite of products, and skilled team drive our success and future growth.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support our expansion. If you are an ambitious, hospitality-obsessed digital marketing expert excited to lead digital marketing initiatives, this role is for you!

The role:

This newly created position will enable our global marketing team to leverage digital marketing to increase awareness of Duetto's value and convert initiatives into revenue.

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, your responsibilities include:

Own our marketing automation engine:
  • Manage HubSpot as the Admin, optimizing its setup for SaaS success
  • Develop high-converting landing pages supporting marketing initiatives
  • Create, measure, and execute workflows and nurture journeys
  • Streamline processes for a global marketing team to maximize platform use
  • Implement testing strategies for optimal performance
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Admin to ensure data flow consistency
Manage and coordinate digital communications:
  • Segment, schedule, and manage global email communications
  • Track email performance and implement testing
  • Optimize email database to increase conversions
  • Enhance marketing opt-in processes to grow contact database
Develop and measure website performance:
  • Analyze site analytics and improve CRO
  • Enhance user journey to generate high-quality MQLs
  • Support development of language sites and localization strategies
  • Ensure tech stack supports an improved user experience
Implement SEO strategies:
  • Lead technical SEO improvements and track performance
  • Conduct user-journey and keyword analysis for content optimization
Innovate digital campaigns:
  • Drive digital innovation in marketing activities
  • Explore new technologies and AI solutions
Manage social channels:
  • Coordinate with content team to meet strategy goals
  • Measure and grow social following
  • Evaluate and implement new channels

Experience:

  • 5+ years in Digital Marketing, hospitality SaaS preferred, with AI tools experience
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot management
  • Experience with website analysis, CRO, and user-journey improvements for global organizations
  • Solid Salesforce knowledge and integration experience
