Join Our Team at No.22, a new Café, Restaurant & Bar. Bartender & Waitress Wanted! Are you passionate about the hospitality industry and delivering top-notch customer service? No.22, a dynamic and innovative Café, Restaurant & Bar, is looking for a dedicated Bartender and Waitress to join our growing team. We’re focused on pushing the boundaries of hospitality, and we want someone who shares our drive for excellence.

Pay: Dependant on experience.
Job Type: Part-time.
Schedule/Hours: Flexible hours, including weekday and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mix and serve spirits, wines, and cocktails with precision and flair.
2. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages.
3. Ensure the highest quality of coffee preparation and presentation.
4. Set up the bar for service and ensure it’s closed down properly at the end of the shift.
5. Operate coffee machines and other equipment with skill and efficiency.
6. Stay knowledgeable about coffee trends and recommend drinks to customers.
7. Provide exceptional service, handling customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
8. Take and deliver food and drink orders promptly.
9. Ensure customers’ needs are met throughout their visit.
10. Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
11. Monitor inventory and stock levels.
12. Collaborate with management to maintain high service standards.
13. Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a bar or hospitality setting (Desirable).
2. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities (Essential).
3. Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4. Leadership: Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
5. Passion: A genuine interest in food and beverage trends, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Preferred Experience:

1. Mixology.
2. Barista skills.
