The Governors of St. Aidan’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a professional and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team from 1st September 2025. This role involves working 29.5 hours per week during term time (38 weeks per year).
St. Aidan’s Catholic Primary School is a large, successful, and happy school with excellent partnerships with parents, the Church, and the local community. The successful candidate will have proven experience working across Key Stages and employ a range of strategies to promote good behaviour and create a purposeful learning environment. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, under supervision, and as part of a team.
Desirable skills include expertise in IT/Computing or PE, though these are not essential. We are eager to welcome the right person to our dedicated team.
