Job Title: Print Press Operator

We are Printed.com, a rapidly expanding ecommerce business in the online print sector. Based in London with a printing site in Newcastle, all our printing is proudly done in the UK. Our passionate team is dedicated to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Print Press Operator to join our print team in Cramlington. The role involves operating digital print presses to produce materials for our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage job submission and workload to ensure timely completion.
2. Maintain high-quality output standards.
3. Communicate regularly with the line manager regarding machine condition, quality, and workload.
4. Prepare, maintain, and clean machines correctly.
5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors/managers.
7. Comply with all company and HSE health and safety guidelines.
8. Support and adhere to the company’s ISO 9001 QMS.

Shift Pattern:

Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, on a two-week rotation.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well.
2. Flexibility to work on shift patterns.
3. Ability to demonstrate initiative and prioritize tasks.
4. Effective multi-tasking skills.
5. Ability to lift up to 25kg.
