As a Technology Product Manager within the Product team at Aumni, you will be part of a transformative journey that is redefining venture portfolio management. Your role will involve empowering our customers with innovative tools for investment tracking, portfolio monitoring, and data analytics, enabling them to make faster, smarter decisions. Specifically, you will be the customer-centric manager for our new Company KPI product, overseeing the entire product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

At Aumni, our Product team is dedicated to helping venture capital firms and LPs achieve peak performance through data-driven insights. We develop and deliver investment tracking, portfolio monitoring, and data analytics tools that facilitate faster, smarter decision-making for investors.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
2. Gather insights from user research, customer feedback, market research, and internal stakeholders.
3. Prioritize user needs, test ideas, and develop effective solutions with strong product sense and attention to detail.
4. Collaborate with data operations to develop new data processing solutions.
5. Become an expert in understanding Aumni's data models.
6. Use data-driven insights to drive incremental improvements and prioritize new features.
7. Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
8. Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive product development and ensure successful launches.
9. Conduct user interviews and collaborate with customer-facing teams to gain customer insights.
10. Translate research and feedback into actionable product roadmaps.
11. Develop a deep understanding of Venture Capital and Private Markets.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role focused on products.
• Experience leading development teams using agile methodologies.
• Strong product management skills, including backlog management, writing user stories, and communicating requirements to engineers.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders and leadership.
• Understanding of design tools like Figma and ability to communicate low-fidelity ideas using them.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience building data and analytics products.
• Knowledge of the venture capital or financial industry ecosystem.
• Understanding of outcome-driven innovation and jobs-to-be-done theory.
