Health & Safety Advisor - Keeping Sites Safe & Ladders Upright!
We're looking for a Health & Safety Advisor with a construction background to keep our sites safe, compliant, and free from unnecessary risks. If you have an eye for hazards, a knack for keeping things in order, and don't mind a bit of travel (1-2 nights per week), we want you!
What you'll do:
- Conduct site safety audits (no corner-cutting on your watch).
- Review RAMS, COSHH, and safety reports.
- Advise on upcoming construction activities—preventing chaos before it happens.
- Keep the team (and Directors) updated on all things safety.
What you need:
- Construction experience (site ops, management, or similar).
- A clean driving license & willingness to travel.
- Sharp attention to detail & great communication skills.
- Willing to learn—training provided if needed.
