Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent routine and periodic cleaning services for a Mitie customer. The candidate must ensure high standards of service delivery, meeting all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules.

The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining the hospital's reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities for further development. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and striving for continuous improvement are essential. All Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures must be followed.

The role requires the ability to work independently when appropriate. Candidates should be reliable, hardworking, professional, and able to work to a schedule. Being a team player and continuously seeking service improvements are important qualities.

While previous cleaning experience is preferred, training will be provided. The candidate should have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
