Location: Remote, USA


Employment Type: Full-Time


Compensation: $104,000.00 - $130,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary


OneStream is looking for a Senior Social Media Strategy Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for the crafting of scroll-stopping content, driving engagement, and building brilliant social media campaigns that turn digital spaces into demand engines. You'll be a critical member of our content team and own our social media presence and web copy strategy, ensuring our brand voice is sharp, our messaging is on point, and our content delivers real impact to the Office of the CFO.


This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of B2B SaaS, understands how to build and grow engaged digital communities, and can turn complex ideas into compelling, human-centered content.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that increases engagement, drives dialogue, and grows our audience across LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.

  • Craft high-impact web copy that's clear, conversion-driven, and optimized for search and user experience.

  • Refine and align our brand voice across all levels of digital content, ensuring tone is engaging, conversational and compelling with social media.

  • Plan and launch campaigns that amplify key announcements, thought leadership, and demand generation efforts.

  • Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and demand gen teams to align messaging across the funnel.

  • Stay ahead of social and web trends, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our digital presence.

  • Work with and manage social media agencies on high-impact influencer campaigns, ensuring strategy alignment, ROI and best-in-class execution.



Required Education and Experience



  • 5-7+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or copywriting (B2B SaaS experience preferred).

  • A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for organic and paid content and best-in-class campaign development across these platforms that expand awareness in the Finance space.

  • SEO & Web Content Best Practices: Understanding of search intent, keyword optimization, and UX writing.

  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).

  • Campaign Management: Ability to plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable outcomes.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Experience working across teams and managing external partners, including social media agencies.



Preferred Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Experience managing or working for a social media agency with a strong understanding of agency workflows and execution and integration with the in-house role.

  • Proven track record of growing social media audiences and engagement in a B2B setting.

  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).

Travel Requirement
