Job description

As a Clinical Lead, you will collaborate closely with our nurses and carers to uphold the highest standards of clinical care and governance within our homes. With the support of our management team, you will ensure residents receive exceptional care, addressing their needs through outstanding nursing and clinical services, while actively participating in all aspects of clinical delivery.



Reports to: Home Manager



Skills and Attributes:




  • Strong clinical expertise and confidence in leading the nursing team.

  • Prior management experience or leadership of a small team.

  • Ability to make sound clinical decisions and remain composed under pressure.

  • Passion for promoting best nursing practices and the ability to train, support, and mentor others.

  • Desire to foster positive working relationships within the team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Solid understanding of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC regulations, and compliance requirements.



Education and Qualifications:




  • NMC-registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
