Job Description

We’re recruiting for aSRM Analyst to join us. We’re offering acompetitive base salary.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) function, helping us deliver commercial excellence and operational resilience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively across teams, develop your expertise, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the implementation of SRM policies, procedures and tools
  • Promoting best practices through training, coaching and knowledge sharing
  • Developing SRM capabilities by maintaining learning resources and tools
  • Enhancing communication between SRM teams and wider stakeholders
  • Coordinating strategic meetings and knowledge-sharing events
  • Providing operational support across SRM activities and projects
  • Ensuring data accuracy and supporting timely reporting
  • Contributing to continuous improvement within the SRM function

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Understanding of SRM and third-party risk management principles
  • Experience in supplier management, procurement advisory or centre of excellence roles
  • Ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Awareness of the financial services regulatory environment
  • A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in procurement or supplier management
