Degree: Chartered Management Degree, from the University of West London

Tuition: L'Oréal fully covers the cost of the degree programme.

You will...

You need to be a people person with a digital first mindset; you’ll need the confidence and skill it takes to work with a wide variety of people and be solution based. There is an opportunity to work with all PPD hair brands, supporting with website management, making this a busy but rewarding role. You should have a creative mindset, identifying areas in which we can increase engagement and the quality of content to our customers. Always with the Hairdresser at the heart of what we do.

We will give you the opportunity to work on creative shoots for content and the build of eLearning’s. You will also be involved in data analysis.
