Sous Chef | Full-time

The role:

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

  • Are passionate about supporting and developing your team to achieve their best and uphold high standards
  • Have experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members
  • Support food safety, health and safety standards, and understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
  • Enjoy celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
