About Us:

Factra Ltd is a pioneering manufacturer based in Manchester, uniquely positioned as one of the few UK-based producers of nicotine pouches. As we launch a new brand in this rapidly growing industry, we’re looking for a visionary Product Manager to drive this brand to market leadership.

The Role:

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of our new nicotine pouch brand—from concept development and branding to launch and sales growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to establish Factra as a dominant player in this booming sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and positioning for the nicotine pouch brand.
  • Lead product development, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and market trends.
  • Work closely with manufacturing/R&D to refine formulations, packaging, and user experience.
  • Branding & Go-to-Market (GTM):
  • Develop the brand identity, messaging, and differentiation strategy.
  • Coordinate with marketing to create campaigns (digital, retail, influencer partnerships).
  • Plan and execute the product launch, ensuring maximum market penetration.
  • Identify key distribution channels (B2B partnerships, D2C, retail).
  • Set pricing strategies and monitor competitive positioning.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to iterate on product and strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, compliance, design, and sales teams.
  • Ensure alignment between production capabilities and market demand.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience launching and scaling FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) brands—preferably in nicotine, tobacco alternatives, beverages, or health products.
  • Strong understanding of UK regulatory standards for nicotine/tobacco products (desirable but not essential).
  • Expertise in brand development, packaging design, and GTM strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research, pricing, and sales analytics.
  • Entrepreneurial drive—willing to take ownership and build a market-leading brand.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence internal teams and external partners.
