Spire Alexandra is seeking an experienced Radiographer to join our Bank Imaging Team. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a better work/life balance.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Be an integral part of our Radiology team, working closely with patients, radiologists, consultants, and staff across departments.
2. Deliver high-quality imaging, adhering to standardised procedures and protocols, and promoting best practices.
3. Take responsibility for service provision, ensuring compliance with radiation regulations and local protocols.
4. Participate in the local Quality Assurance regime and assist with departmental audits.
5. Support and cover for colleagues as needed.
6. Undertake system tasks to optimise radiology resources and service delivery.
7. Communicate effectively with all involved in patient care.
8. Ensure compliance with Spire radiology procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Radiography, registered with the HCPC.
• Experience in providing image guidance for general X-ray imaging.
• Strong communication skills and good IT proficiency.
• Caring nature with empathy and understanding.
• Positive, flexible attitude.
• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience preferred.
• Postgraduate qualification or certificate in Mammography is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 20:00
