The role supports BDO's Audit & Assurance line in shaping and implementing business development and marketing activities to differentiate BDO from competitors, focusing on ROI and client engagement. The position is based in London, with occasional travel across the UK.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Develop knowledge of the audit market, BDO's services, and the competitive landscape.
  2. Collaborate with partners on go-to-market strategies to support growth.
  3. Coordinate with sectors, regions, and service lines for campaigns.
  4. Promote digital marketing channels and integrate them into campaigns.
  5. Manage CRM data quality and utilization.
  6. Ensure efficient delivery of activities, leveraging content for maximum ROI.
  7. Support knowledge sharing, innovation, and national activities.
  8. Project manage key events and thought leadership campaigns.
  9. Oversee website, internal updates, and social media content.
  10. Maintain sector credentials, bid, and marketing materials.
  11. Support client and target activity, report progress, and recommend improvements.
  12. Promote self-service tools for knowledge, business development, and client service.
  13. Advise senior stakeholders with solutions-oriented approaches.
Candidate profile:
  1. Experience in marketing, including campaign management.
  2. Understanding of business development and ROI-focused follow-up.
  3. Proficiency with digital tools and social media.
  4. Knowledge of CRM best practices.
  5. Understanding of client listening, key account management, and bids.
  6. Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  7. Strong project management skills.
