Description of Project/Role and Main Responsibilities

A Senior Process Engineer is required to be involved in various projects, supporting the Project Discipline Lead Engineer. Projects will vary from Feasibility phase through Basic Design and FEED. Projects can be relevant to onshore/offshore oil/gas production facilities, with a focus on LNG and renewables production facilities. The main responsibilities are:

• Leading smaller project teams or working autonomously to deliver specific scopes of work.
• Debottlenecking existing facilities and coordinating the production of multi-discipline reports.
• Producing and checking standard process engineering deliverables according to company and international standards.
• Following up on contractor activities, including checking contractor documentation in line with company specifications, such as P&IDs, datasheets, and Design Basis documents.
• Managing process activities and liaising with team members across multiple geographical locations.

Candidate's qualifications, professional experience, and skills required for the position

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering.
• Chartered status or professional certification from a recognized institute, such as the Institute of Chemical Engineers, is preferred.
• Experience working on or monitoring FEED and EPC projects for oil and gas processing facilities.
• Experience as a Lead Engineer, providing hands-on technical support to the team and project.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy on assigned tasks.
• Experience using HYSYS simulation software would be advantageous.
• Experience working on projects from Feasibility through Basic Design, FEED, detailed design, and construction phases.
• Specific expertise in CCUS, LNG, or offshore technologies would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Eni tools and standards would be a significant advantage.
