Construction Project Site Supervisor

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day jobsite activities and operations for the construction of the project.
• Responsible for project quality control.
• Provide leadership to the subcontractor workforce.
• Review the plans and specifications for the project.
• Prepare, manage and update the project schedule including determining the sequence for work and scheduling all material deliveries. Required to complete 2 week look aheads for each project.
• Address any safety issues on the jobsite as they arise and report any incidents to all appropriate parties.
• Complete any necessary paperwork responsibilities including daily reports of field activity.
• Manage site logistics, coordinate site visit inspection requests.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings.

Requirements:

• Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Knowledge in construction safety and OSHA requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong work ethic, team-oriented, ability to multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Ability to work well with clients and the overall team.
• Must be able to pass a CORI check for school-based projects.
