About the role

As an Optometrist with us you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care. Working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams and Clinical Governance Optometrists. You’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.

  • Using your passion for delivering patient care you'll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey.
  • Bringing your vibrant personality into the day to day running of the practice – working with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Building longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community.

What you’ll need to have
  • Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist.
  • Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
  • Fluent speaking English.
  • Passion for patient care.

Due to business growth we have a fantastic opportunity for an optometrist to join our Gyle flagship store set within the shopping centre in the Scottish Capital.


Here we have a team of 20 with 1 CLO, 1 DO and 3 resident Optoms with 5 testing rooms and 5 phoropters.


Transport: Retail park location offering free parking. Well supported bus links and walking distance from train station.
