The Graduate Teaching Programme

You’ll be supporting a Year 4 class in Reading, working closely with the teacher to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Your role will involve:

  2. Small group and 1:1 support – Assisting students who need extra help with their learning.

Who We’re Looking For

  1. A graduate with a strong academic background – Degrees in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, or Science are particularly relevant.

  4. Previous experience working with children (tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or voluntary work) is a bonus but not essential.
