Job description

Pay rate: £12.90 per hour

This role includes a mix of day and night shifts:

  1. Day Shifts - 7:40 am - 8:00 pm
  2. Night Shifts - 7:40 pm - 8:00 am

Weekend & Bank holiday work included.

Job Description

Priory invests heavily in training, supports collaboration, and provides opportunities for growth. You will support daily activities, promoting independence and meeting the psychological and emotional needs of individuals with mental health or physical issues, making a positive difference daily.

Our teams provide care across various Priory sites nationwide.

Previous experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential. We value the right values and behaviors, and a willingness to learn and show compassion. Full training and career pathways, including our Nurse Apprenticeship, are available.

  • Monitor and record physical and emotional well-being
  • Provide emotional support to individuals and families
  • Support healthcare needs, including medication and temperature checks
  • Adapt communication to individual needs

  • Develop support plans based on individual needs
Qualifications and Skills

Located in Blackburn, Lancashire, Priory Hospital Kemple View is a 90-bed hospital offering rehabilitation, recovery, and secure services for adult males with mental health conditions or personality disorders. We operate under least restrictive practice principles to ensure quality of life.
