All you need to be considered for the role is a genuine passion for the Early Years and a commitment to providing outstanding childcare.

Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification, NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Have a genuine passion for the Early Years sector.
• Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care.
• Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children.
• Plan and provide effective teaching and learning.
• Set up and decontaminate instruments.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers to meet individual children's needs.
• Act as a keyworker for a group of children to ensure each child's needs are met daily.
• Update parents on their child's day and development with professional feedback.
