Programme and Change Management Team (PCM) – Project Manager (Cross-Org & Markets Portfolio)

The PCM team, within the UKI Regional Ops of Core Business Services, focuses on delivering strategic, firm-wide initiatives.

The Role:

  • Manage projects within the Cross-organisation and Markets portfolio, overseeing time, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Support the project lead in defining strategy and guiding the project team.
  • Ensure the team remains aligned with the strategy and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain key project documentation, including plans, trackers, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Deliver outputs on time and keep documentation current.
  • Identify dependencies and facilitate collaboration across initiatives.
  • Review workstream outputs for quality and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare for sign-off gateways.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and promote proactive collaboration.
  • Manage the project budget, including invoicing.
  • Oversee project risks and escalate issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, handle procurement, and manage contracts.
  • Connect team members with internal and external stakeholders.
