As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll ensure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From picking products to assisting in team tasks like stock checking, you’ll work diligently to get the job done. You’ll work independently on your orders, helping to get over 2,000 products into the hands of happy customers, taking pride in your contribution to keeping our shelves stocked.

What you'll do

• Follow picking instructions carefully via headset to complete tasks efficiently
• Pack a variety of products including meat, fruit, frozen, and chilled items (with premium payments of £1.50/hour when working at temperatures as low as -18°C)
• Ensure deliveries are properly stacked and secured
• Report any damaged items to your manager
• Work independently and responsibly through your orders
