Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Fleet and Leasing environment preferred but not mandatory.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Group Fleet department in Droitwich.
We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Account Coordinator who will play a key part in our Corporate Fleet business. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the LBDM Sales team, Corporate Customers, and Leasing companies.
The hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Excellent basic salary with an OTE up to £34,000 plus benefits.

The Role:
  1. Managing the order process with LBDM’s, Leasing Companies and Corporate Customers.
  2. Dealing with customer queries.
  3. Ongoing updating of the various ordering systems.
  4. Producing quotations for customers.
  5. Liaising with current customers and providing weekly updates on their orders.
  6. Booking customer new vehicle deliveries.
  7. Booking customer demonstration vehicles.

In this position, exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and customer service skills are essential. While knowledge of a Fleet and Leasing environment would be preferred, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important than previous fleet experience.
The person we are looking for will have a confident & outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to successfully liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally. In addition, you will get a real buzz from organising and hitting both deadlines and targets.
