Project Manager - Hybrid & Flexible Hours - Norwich

Our client, a company specializing in designing and manufacturing electrical heating and cooling solutions since 1973, employs 750 people across 10 manufacturing locations. They serve 30,000 customers in 100 countries and are ISO 9001:2015 accredited.

Due to expansion, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Norwich team. The role offers hybrid working, flexible hours, and occasional overseas travel. It involves managing projects and leading a small team of Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned contracts from design through procurement to production, ensuring timely completion in line with client contracts.
• Oversee contractual milestones and ensure deliverables are completed and passed for invoicing.
• Review sales handover information and client specifications for accuracy.
• Coordinate with control systems designers and third-party manufacturers to ensure design interfaces are correct and external activities are completed.
• Generate and submit required contractual documentation.
• Work with European production and purchasing managers to ensure ongoing procurement and meeting contractual deadlines.
• Provide technical support to contract Project Managers as needed.
• Manage projects as assigned, supporting internal milestones and client dispute resolution, and oversee other Project Managers to ensure project success.

Some overseas travel may be required.
