History Teacher Needed for Secondary School in Birmingham

Start Date: Jun 2025

Salary: £200 - £250 per day, £1,000 - £1,250 per week

A well-regarded secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a History Teacher to join their dedicated Humanities department. Whether you're an experienced educator or a strong ECT, your drive to inspire young minds and cultivate a love for History is what matters most.

The Role:

1. Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in History at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience welcomed)
2. Encourage critical thinking, debate, and a deeper understanding of historical events
3. Assess pupil progress and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs
4. Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Holds QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification
